Data Center(s) definition

Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.
Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which SAP Business One Cloud will be hosted to enable Partner to provide the Subscription Services to its End Users.
Data Center(s) means the data center(s) from which the Cloud Program (or part thereof) will be stored as determined by Hexagon or its Third Party Service Provider.

More Definitions of Data Center(s)

Data Center(s) means a physical location within the United States where Contractor (or its subcontractor) houses and operates the hardware (including computer servers, routers, and other related equipment) on which Contractor hosts on the Internet the SaaS Application and City Data pursuant to this Agreement.
Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the SAP Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned by the Provider or under its unrestricted direct control.
Data Center(s) means the site at which the Software will be hosted, to enable Partner to provide ASP Services to its Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled and operated by the Partner except as permitted under this SAP PartnerEdge Model.
