(Service items). Services assist Members in storing, tracking, selling, moving, disposing of, or otherwise managing personal property items (the “ Member Property.”) Services apply to Member Property accepted by Company as part o f a Service Order, including individual Company-owned containers that may contain multiple items of Member Property and that each meet the conditions of this Agreement (each a “ Service Item.”) By requesting a Service for a Service Item, Member warrants such Service Item is (i) owned by the Member or (ii) property that the Member has the right to deliver to Company. Service Items include Special Service Items, as defined below.
