Project Approvals definition

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

Project Approvals shall have that meaning set forth in Recitals A through F of this Agreement.

Project Approvals means the Existing Approvals and all Subsequent Approvals.

Examples of Project Approvals in a sentence

• Accordingly, this Schedule 28 [Project Approvals and URP Matters] does not address approvals, consents, or other authorizations Project Co requires from the City’s Representative or designate, including City LRT, under various provisions of the Agreement as the counterparty to this Agreement.

• If a Contractual Approval must be applied for or issued in the name of the City, Project Co shall still have responsibility for this Contractual Approval according to the protocol set out in Section 6 [Consultation, Cooperation and Coordination] of this Schedule 28 [Project Approvals and URP Matters].

• Project Approvals - Xxxxxxx will prepare a list of project approvals to specify the required project approvals needed from federal, state, and regional agencies.

More Definitions of Project Approvals

Project Approvals means the approvals, certifications or actions listed on Exhibit B and any Subsequent Approvals, including all Conditions of Approval.

Project Approvals means (1) Ordinance No. <insert ordinance # here> approving the Planned Development Zone and this Agreement; (2) Resolution No. <insert resolution # here>, adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program;(3) Development Review No. 14-0004599.

Project Approvals means, collectively, the Project's Existing Approvals and the Subsequent Approvals.

Project Approvals has the meaning specified in Section 5.01(c)(i).

Project Approvals means (1) Ordinance No. xxxx approving the Planned Development Zone and this Agreement; (2) Resolution No. XXX approving the Development Review, Tentative Tract Map No. 74896 and an amendment to the Burbank Center Plan land use designation from Mixed Commercial/Office/Industrial to Mixed Commercial/Office/Residential and to change the subarea land use designation of the Project site from City Center West/RITC Corridor to City Center West/East Side (and portions of west side) of Victory Blvd., and south side of Burbank Blvd.; (3) Resolution No. xxxx, certifying the EIR and adopting findings, a Statement of Overriding Consideration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; (4) other applications, approvals and entitlements relating to the development of the Project and the Project Site prior to the Effective Date; and (5) the Conditions of Approval..

Project Approvals means the entitlements that are the subject of this Agreement, consisting of the following land use approvals:
