Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

Project Approvals shall have that meaning set forth in Recitals A through F of this Agreement.

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, acknowledgments, authorizations, permits and licenses required under applicable Legal Requirements or under the terms of any restriction, covenant or easement affecting or otherwise necessary for the ownership of the Property, and the use, occupancy and operation of the Property, whether obtained from a Governmental Authority or any other Person.

• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the Project Approvals or Exhibits, this Agreement shall prevail.

• In the event of conflict between the General Plan, this Agreement, the Code, Other Regulations and Local Rules, all as they exist on the Effective Date, the Parties agree that the following sequence establishing the relative priority of each item: (1) the General Plan, as existing on the Effective Date; (2) Fairfield Specific Plan, and this Agreement; (3) the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; (4) the Project Approvals, (5) the Plan Documents; and (6) the Code, Other Regulations and Local Rules.

• The fees, assessments, taxes, exactions and dedications (collectively “Fees”) payable due to the development, build out, occupancy and/or use of the Property pursuant to this Agreement shall be exclusively those set forth in the Project Approvals, Conditions of Approval and the Plan Documents and as specified in this Agreement.

• In no event shall such further review by City revisit the Plan Documents, Conditions of Approval or the other Project Approvals, or be conditioned on or require any change in the Project except as expressly provided in the Plan Documents, Conditions of Approval or this Agreement.

• The Plan Documents, Mitigation and Monitoring and Reporting Program, Conditions of Approval, Project Approvals and all improvement plans prepared in accordance thereof, shall govern the design and scope of all on-site and off-site improvements benefiting or to be constructed on the Property, including all street widths and dedications.

More Definitions of Project Approvals

Project Approvals means all variances, waivers, and exceptions to the City Development Rules and the City Rules approved by the City, and all properly granted approvals required under the City Rules for the Property, including the plat approval, site development plans, and building permits.

Project Approvals means the Existing Approvals and all Subsequent Approvals.

Project Approvals means the approvals, certifications or actions listed on Exhibit B and any Subsequent Approvals, including all Conditions of Approval.

Project Approvals means those Discretionary Actions authorizing the Project

Project Approvals means, collectively, the Project's Existing Approvals and the Subsequent Approvals.
