Construction permit means the authorization (Call Sign K40EP) which issued by the FCC to Permittee to construct the Channel and provide service on the Channel on a seven (7) day per week, twenty (24) hours per day basis, and shall specifically include any regular, modified or renewal authorizations to operate the Channel.
