Foundation Permit definition

Foundation Permit means the permit that is required prior to any building foundation work performed on the Lot.
Foundation Permit means a permit issued by the engineering director for the construction of a building foundation only.
Foundation Permit means a permit issued by the Buildings Department a permitting the construction of the foundation of the Proposed Development.
