Specific Plan definition

Specific Plan means the Sunset Specific Plan.
Specific Plan means the Village 1 Specific Plan adopted by the City Council on November 27th, 2012 as set forth in Recital F.2(b).
Specific Plan means the Christopherhill Specific Plan approved pursuant to County Resolution No. SPA 96-004 adopted August 21, 1996, and its Subsequent Environmental Impact Report and any amendments or implementing resolutions with respect thereto that do not increase the number of dwelling units or other development affecting the need for School Facilities planned for the Project.

More Definitions of Specific Plan

Specific Plan means the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan, as it may be amended.
Specific Plan means a document encompassing a specific geographic area of the City which is prepared for the purpose of specifically implementing the General Plan of Clinton City by (1) refining the policies of the comprehensive plan to a specific geographic area; (2) containing specific recommendation as to the detailed policies and regulations applicable to a focused development scheme. The specific plan shall consist of goals, objectives and policies; requirements for capital improvements; the level of service required for public facilities; physical and environmental conditions; housing and land use characteristics of the area; and maps, diagrams, and other appropriate materials showing existing and future conditions.

Specific Plan means that certain specific plan adopted by the City Council, and entitled, “Rich-Haven Specific Plan.”
