Subdivision Approval definition

Subdivision Approval means tentative plan approval of any subdivision application of the Lands by the Approving Authority;
Subdivision Approval means approval required under subdivision regulations adopted in Queen Anne’s County in accordance with Title 5 of the Land Use Article.
Subdivision Approval means the execution by the Approving Officer of a plan of Subdivision.
