Parent Permits definition
Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Parent Permits means all franchises, tariffs, grants, authorizations, licenses, permits, easements, variances, exemptions, consents, certificates, approvals and orders of any Governmental Entity necessary under applicable Law to own, lease and operate Parent’s and the Parent Subsidiaries’ assets and properties and to lawfully carry on Parent’s and the Parent Subsidiaries’ as they are being conducted as of the date of this Agreement.
Parent Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).
Examples of Parent Permits in a sentence
Such listed permits are the only Parent Permits that are required for the Parent and any of its Subsidiaries to conduct their respective businesses as presently conducted except for those the absence of which, individually or in the aggregate, have not had and would not reasonably be expected to have a Parent Material Adverse Effect.
