Cost Responsibility for Network Upgrades. Applicability No portion of this Article 5 shall apply unless the interconnection of the Small Generating Facility requires Network Upgrades. The Transmission Owner shall notify the Interconnection Owner if any Network Upgrades become necessary which could interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility in accordance with Section 3.4.2.
