Interconnection Service. Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.
Interconnection Service. The physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Part IV and Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

Interconnection Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Electric Service and this Agreement, Power Company shall provide Consumer with Interconnection Service for the Electric Generating Facility for the term of the Agreement for Electric Service.
Interconnection Service. Seller shall provide Buyer with such Interconnection Service as Buyer determines that it requires under the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement and Seller's Open Access Transmission Tariff. Interconnection Service shall be provided under this Agreement only with respect to the Purchased Assets and any costs associated with establishing or providing Interconnection Service for or in connection with an expansion of generating capacity, including any costs associated with any reinforcements to or other capital expenditures with respect to the T&D System (or any studies regarding the same), shall be borne by the Parties in accordance with the ISO Tariff or Seller's Open Access Transmission Tariff, whichever is applicable. Seller agrees to permit Buyer to interconnect the Purchased Assets to the T&D System as long as (a) Buyer continues to operate such facilities pursuant to Good Utility Practices and (b) the Buyer has not committed an event of default which it has failed to cure as provided hereunder. In the event of (a) or (b) above, Seller may interrupt Interconnection Service in accordance with Section 3.12. In the event Buyer fails to maintain the Purchased Assets in accordance with Good Utility Practices or has not cured an event of default, such interconnection right shall only be affected to the extent set forth in this Agreement. Buyer shall be responsible for making arrangements and payments under the applicable tariffs for transmission, distribution and ancillary services associated with the delivery of capacity and/or energy from the Purchased Assets. Buyer shall also be responsible for making arrangements and payments for capacity, energy, transmission, distribution and ancillary services associated with the acquisition and/or delivery of capacity and/or energy to the Buyer's facilities for the Buyer's station service requirements, and Schedule G hereto identifies the electric and gas meters which Seller will use to measure the services which Seller itself will provide to Buyer under this Section 3.1.3. Seller shall cooperate with Buyer with respect to such arrangements. Buyer may deduct the amount of electric energy delivered to the Buyer's facilities for the Buyer's station service requirements from the gross metered amount of electric energy delivered from the Purchased Assets. Full Capacity Deliverability Status, Partial Capacity Deliverability Status, and Off-Peak Deliverability Status do not confer any priority over other Generating Facilities to deliver Energy; nor provide any warranty or guarantee to deliver any amount of Energy or avoid curtailment at any time.
Interconnection Service. The Agreement establishes standard terms and conditions approved by the Commission under which the Net Metering Facility with a generation capacity of up to 2 MW will interconnect to PGE’s Electric Distribution System.
Interconnection Service. 3.1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Pepco shall (a) permit the Station to continue to be interconnected to the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection, and (b) provide Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection. Pepco agrees to permit Generator to interconnect Station as long as Generator continues to operate such facilities pursuant to PJM Requirements and Good Utility Practice.
Interconnection Service. The service for which Interconnection Customer may apply pursuant to these Procedures is Energy Resource Interconnection Service. Nothing in these Procedures shall apply to transmission service beyond the Point of Interconnection or be deemed to confer upon an Interconnection Customer any right to receive such transmission service.
