Parallel Operation Obligations. Once the Small Generating Facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Small Generating Facility in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to: (1) the rules and procedures concerning the operation of generation set forth in the NYISO tariffs or ISO Procedures or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff; (2) any requirements consistent with Good Utility Practice or that are necessary to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the Transmission System or Distribution System; and (3) the Operating Requirements set forth in Attachment 5 of this Agreement.

Once the Small Generating Facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer and Erie Wind shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Small Generating Facility and the Jointly Owned Interconnection Facilities in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to; (1) the rules and procedures concerning the operation of generation set forth in the NYISO tariffs or ISO Procedures or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff; (2) any requirements consistent with Good Utility Practice or that are necessary to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the Transmission System or Distribution System; and (3) the Operating Requirements set forth in Attachment 5 of this Agreement.

Once the Distributed Energy Resource has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Distributed Energy Resource in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to; 1) the rules and procedures concerning the operation of generation set forth by the applicable system operator(s) for the Area EPS Operator’s Distribution System provided or referenced in an attachment to this Agreement and; 2) the Operating Requirements set forth in Attachment 5 of this Agreement. The Minnesota Technical Requirements for interconnection are covered in a separate document, a copy of which has been made available to the Interconnection Customer and incorporated and made part of this Agreement by this reference.
Parallel Operation Obligations. 1.7 Metering
Parallel Operation Obligations. Once the Small Generator Facility has been authorized to commence Parallel Operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all written rules and procedures developed by the EDC which pertain to the Parallel Operation of the Small Generator Facility, which are clearly specified in Attachment 4 of this Agreement.
Parallel Operation Obligations. Once the distributed generation facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the interconnection customer shall abide by all operating procedures established in IEEE Standard 1547 and any other applicable laws, statutes or guidelines, including those specified in Attachment 4 of this Agreement.
Parallel Operation Obligations. The Interconnection Customer shall abide by all permissible written rules and procedures developed by the T & D Utility which pertain to the parallel operation of the Small Generation Facility. In the event of conflicting provisions the Interconnection Procedures shall take precedence over the T & D Utility’s rule or procedure. Copies of the Utilities rules and procedures for parallel operation are either provided as an Exhibit to this Agreement or an Exhibit that provides a reference to a website where copies of the rule or procedure is maintained.
Parallel Operation Obligations. Once the Small Generating Facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Small Generating Facility in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to; 1) the rules and procedures concerning the operation of generation set forth in the Tariff and / or by the Transmission Owner for the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and; 2) the Operating Requirements set forth in Attachment 5 of this Agreement. Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.
