Copies of the Agreement. The Employer and the Union desire all parties to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and the rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the parties shall share equally the cost of printing and distribute sufficient copies of this Agreement to all parties. Where required the parties shall co-operate in making the agreement accessible to employees in alternative formats or languages.
Copies of the Agreement. 1. The Parties shall jointly prepare the master copy of the draft form of the Agreement needed for ratification, including those appendices which the Parties agree should be distributed.
Copies of the Agreement. The Union and the Employer agree that every employee should be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Employer shall make available copies of the Agreement in booklet form to all of its employees. The cost of printing the agreement shall be borne by the Union. The Agreement shall be printed in a Union shop and bear a recognized Union label. The Union and the Employer shall agree on the size, print and color of the Agreement and all other particulars prior to it being printed. Printing shall be completed as soon as possible after the signing of the Agreement.
Copies of the Agreement. Two copies of this Agreement shall be executed and the Company shall retain the first and send the second executed copy to the Allottee for his reference and record.
Copies of the Agreement. A copy of this Agreement in mutually suitable form on office supplied material will be issued by the Employer to each nurse now employed and as employed. Costs will be shared by the Employer and the Association.
Copies of the Agreement. The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and his/her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Union shall arrange for printing of sufficient copies of the Agreement for distribution to employees.
Copies of the Agreement. 7.01 The Board shall provide the Association with a signed copy of the Agreement and an electronic version in both MS Word (for the exclusive use of LUFA) and a PDF format that is print ready.
Copies of the Agreement. 8.1 Upon ratification by the parties of the Collective Agreement, the Employer will prepare six (6) official copies of the Agreement to be signed by the signing officers of the Employer and the Association. Each party will receive three (3)
Copies of the Agreement. The Union and the Employer jointly agree to provide all present and new employees with a copy of the Agreement. The cost of reproducing this Agreement shall be shared by the Union and the Employer.
Copies of the Agreement. Within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Collective Agreement, the Board shall prepare and provide to each member a copy of the Agreement together with any additional material which the parties agree shall be distributed. The Board shall provide at cost to the Association for its own use fifty (50) copies of the Agreement within sixty (60) days of signing. The Board shall routinely provide a copy of the Agreement to members appointed during its life. With respect to new appointments, a copy of the Collective Agreement shall accompany any offer of employment.
