Status of the Agreement. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, policies, resolutions or practices of the District, which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms.

The parties agree that any past practices, employment policies, interim agreements, or other understandings established prior to the date of this Agreement shall not create any contractual or legal obligation to continue such practices, policies, agreement or understandings following the effective date of this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and concludes all bargaining for its term unless specific items are reopened elsewhere in the Agreement.

If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with the agreement, this agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.
