Official Copies. 8.2 The Employer and the Association desire that Members be familiar with the provisions of this Collective Agreement and their rights and obligations under it. The Employer will as soon as possible, and in any event within sixty (60) days after the signing of this Agreement, provide to the Association for distribution to its Members an electronic link to a secure searchable PDF copy of the Agreement. In addition, the Employer will as soon as possible, and in any event within sixty (60) days after the signing of this Agreement, place a searchable PDF document of the Agreement on the Nipissing University website. The searchable PDF will exclude the signatures.
Official Copies. Upon date of execution by the MAG Executive Director, the County/City/Town shall receive a signed copy of the agreement within 14 calendar days of execution.
Official Copies. There shall be two (2) copies of the final Agreement for record keeping purposes. One shall be retained by the District and one by the Association.

Official Copies. There shall be two signed copies of the final Agreement. One shall be retained by the District and one by the Council. Within one month of ratification of this Agreement by both parties, the District will provide employees with access to an electronic copy of the Agreement and the Council will print sufficient copies to a maximum of fifty (50) copies of this Agreement, and agrees to deliver the copies to the District for distribution. The District and the Council each will bear one-half the cost of printing. The District’s signed copy will be delivered to the District prior to distribution to Council membership.
Official Copies. Within one month after completion of the registration, the Tenant shall send to the Landlord official copies of the registered titles. This deed and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
