Supplied Material definition

Supplied Material means the API.
Supplied Material means the materials and component parts (to be used in the wafer sort and assembly) supplied by or for VIC to UHQ for purposes of performance of the Contract Services.
Supplied Material means, with respect to Aon, the Aon Materials and, with respect to Textura, the Textura Materials.

  • Twelve (12) months for the boat propelling machinery and auxiliaries, fittings and equipment of all kinds (excluding Government Supplied Material).

  • Owner Supplied Material means the material and/or equipment identified or referenced in the Drawings, Specifications or elsewhere in the Agreement as supplied by the Owner for incorporation into the Project, which is to be installed, tested, commissioned and otherwise dealt with, as applicable, by the Contractor in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Product or Products means products, goods, material, machinery, devices, equipment, and fixtures forming the Work or any part thereof, but does not include Construction Equipment and Owner Supplied Material.

  • Aerojet Rocketdyne Supplied Material: If Buyer supplied materials/parts were used in performance of Buyer’s purchase order, the Seller shall include reference to the Aerojet Rocketdyne Furnished Material Transmittal number or other traceability to Aerojet Rocketdyne’s acceptance provided on the C of C.

  • Contractor certifies that the requirements of the Governmental Conduct Act, Section 10-16-1 through 10-16-18, NMSA 1978 regarding contracting with a public officer or state employee, or former state employee, have been followed.

  • Except as otherwise provided in the contract, no insurance shall be carried by the Contractor on any Government Supplied Material.

  • All manuscripts, texts, artwork, computer tapes, diskettes, audio tapes, print designs, plates, engravings, negatives, positives and any other materials either supplied by Her Majesty to the Contractor or paid for by Her Majesty shall remain the property of Her Majesty and shall be collectively referred to as Government Supplied Material.

  • Suppliers accepting these Purchase Orders shall be identified in VACCO’s Quality System as Level 1 Suppliers.Suppliers shall have an internal process or procedure that addresses the requirements in VACCO’s document VI-QFD-004 provided on the VACCO website.Suppliers that have been reviewed for Level 1 with VACCO Supplied Material are identified in VACCO’s Quality System as “VACCO Supplied Material-Level 1.” VACCO shall supply material for Level 1 Purchase Orders with these suppliers.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • GOODS / MATERIALS means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Dredged material means material that is excavated or dredged from surface waters.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Output Material means any Documents or other materials, and any data or other information provided by the Supplier relating to the Specified Service;

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.

  • Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Contract Material means all material created or required to be developed or created as part of, or for the purpose of performing, the Services, including documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means.

  • Fissile material means the radionuclides uranium-233, uranium-235, plutonium-239, and plutonium-241, or any combination of these radionuclides. "Fissile material" means the fissile nuclides themselves, not material containing fissile nuclides. Unirradiated natural uranium and depleted uranium and natural uranium or depleted uranium, that has been irradiated in thermal reactors only, are not included in this definition. Certain exclusions from fissile material controls are provided in 10 CFR 71.15.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Plant Material means the leaves, stems, buds, and flowers of the marijuana plant, and does not include seedlings, seeds, clones, stalks, or roots of the plant or the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana.

  • Pyrophoric material means any liquid that ignites spontaneously in dry or moist air at or below 130° F (54.4° C) or solid, other than one classed as an explosive, which under normal conditions is liable to cause fires through friction, retained heat from manufacturing or processing, or which can be ignited readily and, when ignited, burns so vigorously and persistently as to create a serious transportation, handling, or disposal hazard. Included are spontaneously combustible and water-reactive materials.
