Career employee means an employee who has successfully completed the initial probationary period following appointment to County service. Career employees may serve additional probationary periods of twenty-six (26) qualified payroll periods following promotion or transfer and be designated as "career-probationary," however, these probationary periods do not deprive the employee of rights under the Agreement.
