Active Users definition

Active Users means Customer’s Users with active assigned Seats.
Active Users means any Users that has created a login and can be identified by an id, email or username on the Tovuti platform under the Client’s specific systems instance or who has opted in to the Clients portal, as provided by Tovuti and interacts within an instance within a 12 month period of time beginning at the time of signing this Agreement. The number of allowed "Active Users" will be as defined by the Tovuti Purchase Terms signed by both parties and attached herein.
Active Users means the number of users provisioned on the Service for purposes of email filtering, receive security awareness training or interface access and as counted by the Service. Aliases, distribution groups and other functional accounts are not counted so long as they are properly configured as such in the Service.

Examples of Active Users in a sentence

  • Depending on the Subscription Services purchased via a Quote, Customer may use KnowBe4’s Subscription Services for the hosting of its assets, content, and other materials, such as certain reports; documents; manuals; audiovisual materials; photos; videos; and audio files, to make available to Active Users on or through the KnowBe4’s LMS or Web Hosted Services (“Customer Content”).

  • Customer grants KnowBe4, its third party providers, and each of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose the Customer Content as necessary to make the Customer Content available to Customer and its Active Users through the Subscription Services.

  • The concurrent number of Active Users receiving access may not exceed the number of purchased Seats.

  • Subject to, and conditioned on, Customer’s and its Users’ compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the applicable Subscription Term, KnowBe4 will provide Customer and Active Users remote electronic access to the Customer Content through the Subscription Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • If the number of Active Users exceeds the number of purchased Seats, Customer is obligated to either pay for any Seats that surpass the purchased amount or immediately reduce its number of Active Users.
