Security Awareness Training. 1. The Contractor’s employees, Subcontractors/Vendors, and volunteers handling confidential, sensitive and/or personal identifying information must complete the required CDA Security Awareness Training module located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xxx/ProgramsProviders/#Resources within thirty (30) days of the start date of the Contract/Agreement, within thirty (30) days of the start date of any new employee, Subcontractor, Vendor or volunteer’s employment and annually thereafter.

Security Awareness Training. Lattice shall provide annual Security Training to all personnel. “Security Training” shall address security topics to educate users about the importance of information security and safeguards against data loss, misuse or breach through physical, logical and social engineering mechanisms. Training materials should address industry standard topics which include, but are not limited to: • The importance of information security and proper handling of personal information. • Physical controls such as visitor protocols, safeguarding portable devices and proper data destruction. • Logical controls related to strong password selection/best practices. • How to recognize social engineering attacks such as phishing.
Security Awareness Training. 27. All Accessing Party personnel who have access to Disclosing Party Confidential Information are required to successfully complete initial security awareness training, including affirmative acknowledgement of their security and privacy responsibilities, and annual refresher training thereafter. Security Awareness Training. Contractor must ensure that all individuals who will have access to Confidential Information or Personal Information take security awareness training before being given access to Confidential Information or Personal Information and then annually thereafter until this Agreement ends for any reason, including termination, or the individual no longer has access, possession, use, or control of Confidential Information or Personal Information. The training must include, at a minimum, the following topics: password protection; malware, social engineering, phishing, social media, privacy awareness, acceptable use, and data protection (data collection, storage, transmission, use, disclosure and destruction). Before Contractor allows any individual access to Confidential Information or Personal Information, Contractor must provide to the Commission Agreement Manager a copy of that individual’s training certificate.
Security Awareness Training. Prior to Supplier employees and Providers receiving access to Confidential Information, they will receive security awareness training appropriate to their job function. Supplier will also ensure that recurring security awareness training is performed.
