Weather Related Closures. If the Commissioners or County Emergency Management services close County offices for an unexpected reason, such as weather or power outage, the County PHN Manager or supervisor, or designee, must notify the State PHN office and their Regional PHN Supervisor as soon as possible. Email notification from the County Official indicating County office closures must be provided to the State PHN office and Regional PHN Supervisor. The email must also be submitted with a list of impacted State PHN employees and the number of hours for which administrative leave is needed in order for approval to be given for administrative leave. Wyoming State Personnel Rules will be followed in cases where an employee was previously authorized annual or sick leave.

Weather Related Closures. In cases of weather-related closures the NIU Board of Trustees or Human Resource Services policy and pay provisions for weather-related closures shall apply.
Weather Related Closures. In the event of weather-related school closure, employees whose work schedule commences at least 15 minutes prior to the official District weather related closure media notification shall be provided a minimum of 2 hours of work in the event that they report to work.
Weather Related Closures. CCPR reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel any game, practice or other activity leading up to or during the event due to inclement weather or any other factors which might impair the safety of the participants or spectators or damage facilities.   • Emergency Closures A. The University’s inability to make a Room available to me for any reason beyond the University’s control including, but not limited to, natural disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, condemnation, pandemic, quarantine, utility malfunction, infestation, or other emergency or force majeure event shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement by the University. In such circumstances, the University shall have no liability to me in any way for injuries, reimbursement, damages, inconvenience, annoyance or compensation of any kind. The University may attempt to find, but cannot guarantee, an alternative space for me. If the unavailability of my Room or an alternative space persists for more than 72 hours, I may terminate this Agreement and Check out during said unavailability without penalty provided that I shall be responsible for all financial obligations incurred up to the date of such termination. The University agrees to provide me with a pro rata refund, calculated from the date of such termination to the end of the Agreement Period, of any prepaid housing and dining payment made to the University, and to return my Deposit pursuant to this Agreement. Upon resumption of standard operations, Agreement Termination requirements and charges will apply as described in Section XIV.

  • ASSISTANCE IN RELATED PROCUREMENTS 5.1 Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Goods and/or Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliate of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide) Legacy Goods and/or Services to a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to:

Any student school days waived by OSPI due to emergency school closure shall also be work days waived for certificated staff. There shall be no loss of pay in such an instance.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

  • Labor/Management Relations Section 9.1 Representatives of the Union, not to exceed five (5) in number including at least one (1) representative of each shift, and representatives of the Employer, shall meet at least quarterly at mutually agreed upon times for up to two (2) hours to discuss matters of mutual concern relating to the interpretation, application, or administration of this Agreement and existing work rules which affect the members of the bargaining unit. Each party shall prepare and submit an agenda to the other party one (1) week prior to the scheduled meeting.

  • Role of Seniority in Layoffs (a) Both parties recognize that job security shall increase in proportion to length of service. Therefore, in the event of a layoff, employees shall be laid off in the reverse order of their bargaining-unit-wide seniority, providing that the retained employees are able to perform the available work.

  • Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.
