WaMu MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE This Certificate is one of a duly authorized issue of Certificates designated as WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates of the Series and Class specified hereon (herein called the "Certificates") and representing certain interests in the REMIC II Trust Fund. The Certificates do not represent an obligation of, or an interest in, the Company or any of its affiliates and are not insured or guaranteed by any governmental agency.
