Mortgage File. The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan referred to in Exhibit B annexed hereto, and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

• Upon receipt of the foregoing, the Custodian shall deliver the Mortgage File or any document therein to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer (or a designee), as the case may be.

Mortgage File. The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01(b) pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan required to be delivered to the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement.

Mortgage File. The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan contained in either the Servicing File or Custodial File.

Mortgage File. The items referred to in Exhibit 1 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to such documents pursuant to this Agreement.
