If Computershare Trust Company, National Association is removed as Certificate Administrator, then Computershare Trust Company, National Association shall be terminated as Authenticating Agent.
The Trustee and the Certificate Administrator shall be entitled to all of the same rights, protections, immunities and indemnities afforded to it as Trustee or Certificate Administrator, as the case may be, in each capacity for which it serves hereunder (including, without limitation, as Custodian, Certificate Registrar, 17g-5 Information Provider and Authenticating Agent).
On the Closing Date, the Certificate Administrator shall execute, the Authenticating Agent shall authenticate, and the Certificate Administrator shall deliver to the Certificate Registrar the Regulation S Book-Entry Certificates, which shall be held by the Certificate Registrar for purposes of effecting the exchanges contemplated by the preceding paragraph.

The recitals contained herein and in the Certificates, other than the acknowledgments of the Trustee or the Certificate Administrator in Section 2.02 and 2.04 and the signature, if any, of the Certificate Registrar and Authenticating Agent set forth on any outstanding Certificate, shall be taken as the statements of the Depositor, the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, and the Trustee or the Certificate Administrator assume no responsibility for their correctness.
