Vendor’s Project Manager. The Vendor shall designate and assign a project manager ("Project Manager"), who shall coordinate all phases of the Services and act as the Vendor’s representative for performance of this Agreement. The Project Manager shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Vendor for all purposes under this Agreement, and shall be available to the County at all reasonable times. The Project Manager shall supervise and direct the Services, using his or her best skill and attention, and shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures employed by Vendor’s personnel, as well as the satisfactory coordination of all portions of the Services under this Agreement.

Vendor’s Project Manager. Any day to day decisions made by Vendor pursuant to the Services provided herein will be made by (“Vendor Project Manager”). Company’s Project Manager: Any day to day decisions made by Company pursuant to the Services provided herein, will be made by (“Company Project Manager”).
Vendor’s Project Manager. The individual employee of the Vendor responsible for the management of the Contract, scheduling and monitoring of work being performed, inspection of services provided and the submission of payment documents for all services requested herein. The Vendor’s Project Manager is responsible for all communication with the Department and the Department’s Contract Manager. Work Document/Authorization: A work request issued periodically to the Vendor for work required at the Contract locations, which will identify the location, describe the problem, and specify pay item quantities authorized to the Vendor to proceed with the work.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.
