City’s Project Manager. None of the activities of City’s Project Manager supplant or conflict with the design, budget, or any other services and responsibilities furnished by the Construction Manager, the Project Designers or sub-consultants. All instructions by the City relating to this Agreement will be issued or made through the City’s Project Manager. All communications and submittals of Construction Manager to the City shall be issued or made through the City’s Project Manager unless the City or the City’s Project Manager shall otherwise direct. The City’s Project Manager shall not unreasonably withhold approval for the Construction Manager to communicate directly with other City officials or the Project Designers. Throughout the term of this Agreement the City’s Project Manager shall have the authority to establish procedures, consistent with this Agreement, to be followed by the Construction Manager and to call periodic conferences to be attended by the Construction Manager and the Construction Manager’s Subcontractors.
