The Contractor is responsible for providing all items indicated on the Bid Schedule. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Contract, Part H, Article 59.1 is hereby deleted in its entirety.

4.48.2.3. There will be some instances where the Contractor will be prohibited from working during regular hours by the City. The work performed under these conditions is not to be considered PREMIUM TIME WORK requiring extra payment.
4.48.2.4. When a lamppost is to be replaced, the Contractor shall inspect the foundation and notify the engineering and inspection divisions of the NYC DOT Division of Street Lighting if the foundation requires modification and/or removal and installation of new foundation. The Contractor shall not remove the lamppost until approval is obtained from the Engineer.
