Vendor Project Manager. Vendor will appoint in individual (the "Vendor Project Manager"), who from the date of this Engagement Schedule will serve as the primary Vendor representative under this Engagement Schedule. Vendor's appointment of any Vendor Operational Project manager will be subject to review by Prudential and mutually agreed upon by the parties in writing. The Vendor Project Manager will (a) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Vendor's obligations under this Engagement Schedule, and (b) be authorized to act for and on behalf of Vendor with respect to all matters relating to this Engagement Schedule.

Vendor Project Manager. The Vendor Project Manager shall be available during Operating Hours of the City as the principal contact between the parties. The Vendor Project Manager shall be designated not later than the Effective Date. If the Project Manager becomes unable to fulfill this obligation, the Vendor shall immediately appoint another of equal authority.

Vendor Project Manager. The Vendor shall appoint a senior executive of Nortel-Argentina (the "Vendor Project Manager") to coordinate the Vendor's overall delivery of the Work and liaise with the Impsat Project Manager. With respect to all matters related to the Work, the Vendor Project Manager shall be authorized to act as the primary point of contact for Impsat in dealing with the Vendor on all aspects of the Work and to issue all consents or approvals and make all requests on behalf of the Vendor. Vendor Project Manager. VENDOR shall assign and designate a staff member as its project manager (“Vendor Project Manager”) who shall have the principal responsibility for overseeing and managing the performance of obligations of VENDOR under this Agreement, including, without limitation, arranging all meetings, visits, and consultations between the parties, and for the transfer of Deliverables and technical information between the parties.
