Vacation and Sick Leave Accrual. Employees approved for STD benefits do not accrue Vacation or Sick Leave and do not receive salary increases until they return to work.
Vacation and Sick Leave Accrual. A faculty member returning in a post-retirement position, will begin the position with zero leave accruals (sick and/or vacation). The faculty member will accrue as follows:
Vacation and Sick Leave Accrual. Employees will accrue vacation and sick leave during the first twenty-six (26) weeks of a workers’ compensation leave. After the initial twenty-six (26) week period there shall be no further accrual of vacation and sick leave until the employee is able to return to full duty.
Vacation and Sick Leave Accrual. You will continue to accrue vacation leave, sick leave and other forms of leave at the rate specified in your employee MOU benefit agreement.
Vacation and Sick Leave Accrual. An eligible employee receiving workers' compensation benefits supplemented by vacation and/or sick leave accruals or compensatory time shall accrue vacation and sick leave for the total number of hours compensated by workers' compensation, sick leave, compensatory time and vacation leave. An employee on unpaid workers' compensation leave does not accrue vacation or sick leave.
Vacation and Sick Leave Accrual. When a member moves from a 24-hour shift to a 40-hour work week, accrued vacation and sick hours will be multiplied by 0.714 to determine new vacation and sick leave balance. When a member moves from a 40-hour work week to a 24-hour shift, accrued vacation and sick hours will be multiplied by 1.4, to determine new vacation and sick leave balance. Vacation and sick leave accrual for employees on a 40-hour work week will be at the rates outlined (per pay period) in the MOU for 40-hour work week employees.
Vacation and Sick Leave Accrual. A pilot will retain but not accrue vacation and sick leave while on maternity leave unless the pilot is being paid sick leave or vacation. A pilot will be paid for vacation scheduled to be taken during maternity leave.
Vacation and Sick Leave Accrual. An employee on temporary military leave under the conditions described in item #1 Active Military Training or Exercises, in the section entitled "Salary/ Compensation" above, shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick leave, and holiday privileges to which he/she would otherwise be entitled if not absent. An employee on military leave who is serving in active duty in time of war, national emergency, or United Nations military or police operation shall not accrue sick leave or vacation leave during the period of such leave. However, an employee who is a National Guard member on active duty as described in item #3 War or Other Emergency, in the section entitled "Salary/ Compensation" above, shall not suffer any loss or diminution of vacation or holiday privileges because of his/her leave of absence.
