V acation. A. The CBO shall be entitled to thirty (30) non-paid days of vacation annually, exclusive of holidays and weekends, accrued at a rate of two and one half (2.5) days per month of service. The CBO shall cease earning or accruing vacation days when fifty (50) days of unused vacation has been accrued.

V acation. The Superintendent shall be allowed 2 0 working days of vacation leave during each contract year. Vacation shall not be taken at times that would interfere with the Superintendent’s attendance at regularly scheduled Board meetings or at times when the Superintendent’s duties require the Superintendent’s attendance at school (e.g., beginning and end periods of the school year).

  • SECTION 4 - VACATION 4.1 Employee shall be entitled to accrue and take vacation leave in accordance with the policy applicable to employees of Manitoba.

  • Sick Leave While on Vacation An employee who while on vacation is incapacitated for one (1) or more days due to personal illness or injury may charge such days to accrued sick leave.
