V acation. V acation. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.
V acation. A. The CBO shall be entitled to thirty (30) non-paid days of vacation annually, exclusive of holidays and weekends, accrued at a rate of two and one half (2.5) days per month of service. The CBO shall cease earning or accruing vacation days when fifty (50) days of unused vacation has been accrued.
V acation. The Superintendent shall be allowed 2 0 working days of vacation leave during each contract year. Vacation shall not be taken at times that would interfere with the Superintendent’s attendance at regularly scheduled Board meetings or at times when the Superintendent’s duties require the Superintendent’s attendance at school (e.g., beginning and end periods of the school year).
