Hiring Agreement a) LOSCAM agrees to hire the Equipment to the Hirer, and the Hirer agrees to hire the Equipment from LOSCAM, on the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Hiring Agreement. In consideration of the Hire Charge, Alcester Town Council agrees to permit the Hirer to use the Premises for the use and for the period described in the online Booking Form. Terms and Conditions of Hire These standard conditions apply to all Hirers of the EPCC. If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, the Centre Administrator should immediately be consulted. Failure to comply with any of the conditions of hire will result in forfeiture of part or all of the refundable deposit.
Hiring Agreement. The Contractor agrees to execute and comply with the enclosed Maryland Department of Human Resources (DHR) Hiring Agreement (Attachment O). The Hiring Agreement is to be executed by the Bidder/Offeror and delivered to the Procurement Officer within ten (10) Working Days following receipt of notice by the Bidder/Offeror that it is being recommended for contract award. The Hiring Agreement will become effective concurrently with the award of the contract. The Hiring Agreement provides that the Contractor and DHR will work cooperatively to promote hiring by the Contractor of qualified individuals for job openings resulting from this procurement, in accordance with Md. Code Xxx., State Finance and Procurement Article §13-224. (The following clause should be added to contracts when there is the probability of customers with limited ability in speaking English. Delete this clause if not applicable, and revise the numbering of the clauses in this Contract accordingly.):
Hiring Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and may not be waived, amended, modified or supplemented except by agreement in writing signed by the party against whom the enforcement of any waiver, amendment, modification or supplement is sought. Waiver of or failure to exercise any right provided by this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any further or future rights.
