UNLAWFUL PURPOSE. A card must NOT be used for any unlawful purpose including the purchase of goods or services, prohibited by local law applicable in the cardholder’s jurisdiction. Furthermore, the card is not transferable and should be used solely by the cardholder.
UNLAWFUL PURPOSE. The Borrower apply (ies) and/or utilize(s) the Loan for any purpose which is considered and/or deemed to be unlawful, illegal or contravene the provisions of any applicable laws, rules and regulations.

UNLAWFUL PURPOSE. UI will not (a) use or allow the Licensed Premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied for any purpose in violation of Law; or (b) take any action with respect to the Licensed Premises that would interfere with any present and/or future use by CL&P and/or any Person acting for or on behalf of CL&P with respect to the Licensed Premises.

UNLAWFUL PURPOSE. Tenant shall not allow the Demised Premises to be used for unlawful purposes, nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance or waste in or on the Project. Landlord shall attempt in good faith to prevent any other tenants of the Building from using their respective premises for unlawful purposes or causing, maintaining or permitting any nuisance or waste in or on the Project.

UNLAWFUL PURPOSE. Use of the Software for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful manner, use for any improper or unintended use, or use by anyone other than you is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this License Agreement.

The parties agree and acknowledge that some or all of the Confidential Information is or may be price-sensitive information and that use of such information may be regulated or prohibited by applicable legislation relating to insider dealing. The parties agree not to use any Confidential Information for any unlawful purpose.
