An Occasional Sample Clauses
The "An Occasional" clause defines the terms under which a party may perform or provide a service, product, or action on an irregular or as-needed basis rather than on a regular schedule. In practice, this clause might apply to consultants who are called upon only when specific expertise is required, or to services that are rendered only in response to particular events or requests. Its core function is to provide flexibility for both parties by clarifying that obligations are not continuous or recurring, thereby preventing misunderstandings about the frequency or regularity of performance.
