University Representative. The term "University Representative" shall mean the person or entity providing University Representative services as indicated in the contract documents including, but not limited to, issuance of written communications with the CM/Contractor.
University Representative. The University may, but shall not be required to, provide at least one representative on-site or on-call (“University Representative”) to oversee and protect University property. User shall follow all reasonable instructions and requests of the University Representative. User agrees that the University Representative shall have no responsibility to protect, supervise, or provide security to User or its Invitees, and neither the University nor the University Representative shall assume any responsibilities for or owe any duties to User or its Invitees.
University Representative. The individual designated by the University in accordance with Section 6.6 (Representatives) to provide general oversight of University activities under this Agreement.
University Representative. The University designates UW Medicine CEO to serve as University Representative with respect to administration of this Agreement. The University may change its Representative, but must notify the Board in writing. The University will strive to provide advance notification of a change in its University Representative. If not provided in advance, such notice will be provided immediately upon designation of the change.
University Representative. The University shall designate one individual who shall be the principal contact for the General Manager and SMG at the University (the “University Representative”). SMG shall be entitled to rely on the instruction and advice given by the University Representative, who shall have the authority to bind the University regarding all matters arising under the provisions of this Agreement.
University Representative. University’s authorized representative for communicating with Consultant are listed below: Consultant shall report to the applicable University representative and shall be entitled to rely upon instructions received from University representative.
University Representative. The University may from time to time upon written notice to Licensee designate a “University Representative” to act for the University in connection with the performance of the University's obligations under this Agreement. Licensee is authorized by the University to act upon the operational instructions from the University Representative (or his or her duly appointed delegate, as specified in writing by the University Representative to Licensee) unless otherwise specifically notified in writing to the contrary by the University. The University hereby designates as its initial University Representative the UTSA Sr. AVP of Campus Services or his/her designees. The contact information for the Sr. AVP of Campus Services as of the Effective Date is set forth in Section 10.02. The University Representative is not authorized to amend the terms and provisions of this Agreement, which can be amended only in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.5, below.
University Representative. University shall designate an University employee as the University Representative, who shall coordinate with Institution Designee in planning the Program.
University Representative. University Representative. The University's Representative shall be the Associate Vice President of Facilities Planning and Management, the Senior Director of Design and Construction Services, the Director of Design and Construction Services and the Project Manager . Any project decision on behalf of the University may only be in accordance with the Authorization Matrix that is attached as Exhibit C and incorporated by reference.
