City Representative. The City will designate, prior to commencement of the work, its representative who shall make, within the scope of his or her authority, all necessary and proper decisions with reference to the services provided under this agreement. All requests concerning this agreement shall be directed to the City Representative.
City Representative. On or before the date the City issues its Notice to Proceed the City will designate its project representative who will make all necessary and proper decisions with reference to the Project within the scope of his or her authority. The Artist must direct all requests for contract interpretations, change orders, or other clarification or instruction to the City representative.
City Representative. The City Manager, or his/her designee, shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the services to be rendered under this Agreement. All requirements of City pertaining to the services and materials to be rendered under this Agreement shall be coordinated through said City Representative.
City Representative. The City Representative specified in Exhibit A, or the representative's designee, shall administer this Agreement for the City.
City Representative. The CITY's Director of Public Works or any of his authorized designee(s) for the Project, including but not limited to the Project Manager, may act as the CITY's agent with respect to the Services to be rendered by the CONSULTANT hereunder, and, except as expressly set forth below, shall have full authority to take all actions on behalf of the CITY related to this Contract, including but not limited to transmitting all instructions, receiving information, notifying CONSULTANT of any breaches of this Contract or improperly performed work, and communicating the CITY's policies and decisions to the CONSULTANT. The CITY’s Director of Public Works’ authority to act shall be in addition to any authority granted to specific CITY employees in other sections of this Agreement. Any action that may be taken by the CITY’s Director of Public Works or his designee related to this Contract, may also be taken by the CITY’s Chief Procurement Officer or his designee. Notwithstanding the preceding, any final action by the CITY to terminate this Contract in whole, whether for cause or convenience, may only be taken by the CITY’s Chief Procurement Officer or his designee; provided, however, that nothing herein shall be deemed to preclude the Director of Public Works or his designee from suspending work or terminating work, in whole or in part, under a particular Services Authorization.
City Representative. City will make available to Contractor a qualified project manager who will be authorized to make binding decisions for the City regarding this Agreement and will promptly: (1) review all specifications, technical materials and other documents submitted by Contractor, request necessary corrections, and approve such documents; (2) provide requested City information and data and assume responsibility on the adequacy of the same; (3) advise Contractor of City’s requirements; and (4) upon request provide access to City’s staff, facility and hardware.
City Representative. City Representative is designated as the “City Representative,” authorized to act in its behalf with respect to the work and services specified in this Agreement and to make all decisions in connection with this Agreement. Whenever approval, directions, or other actions are required by CITY under this Agreement, those actions will be taken by the City Representative, unless otherwise stated. The City Manager has the right to designate another City Representative at any time, by providing notice to CONSULTANT.
City Representative. The City's representative will be shown on the specific Work Order and shall make, within the scope of his or her authority, all necessary and proper decisions with reference to the work requested. All requests concerning this Agreement shall be directed to the City Representative.
City Representative. That person, or their designee, designated by the CITY to 24 administer and monitor the provisions of this Agreement.
