Parties’ Representatives. Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

The Parties may at any time replace their representatives by sending the other Party a revision to its respective Exhibit.
Parties’ Representatives. The General Manager of VTA or the General Manager’s designee is hereby made the representative of VTA for all purposes under this AGREEMENT. The Director of the Parks and Public Works for the TOWN or the Director’s designee is hereby made the representative of the TOWN for all purposes under this Agreement.
Parties’ Representatives. For purposes of notice required or desired by the parties, or communication involving the services under this Agreement, such notice or communication shall be deemed to have been given when personally delivered, or sent by facsimile transmission, or mailed by certified mail, postage pre-paid, to the parties at the following addresses: Contractor: Contractor’s Representative designed at the top of this document, or such other person designated in writing by the Contractor's chief administrative officer, at the Contractor's address set out first above; Xxxxxx City: Engineer, at the address set out first above for the City, or when given to such other person as either of the above representatives shall designate in writing. The designation of any address may be changed by notice given in the same manner as provided in this paragraph.
Parties’ Representatives. The Board and the Association agree that their duly designated representatives shall negotiate in good faith with respect to terms and conditions of employment.
Parties’ Representatives. 7.1 The Council and CAT will each appoint a Contact Officer.
Parties’ Representatives. The PMT will include representatives from each Party as identified in the Business Terms Sheet. Each Party will assure that its PMT representative attends all PMT meetings, has authority to act on behalf of the Party, and fulfills his or her responsibilities as a PMT member. The PMT may approve any member’s designation of an alternate member, but any proposed replacement of a PMT member will be subject to the SMT’s approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Parties’ Representatives. Each party acknowledges that the person appointed in the Specifications (or any substitute following a notice sent to the other party to that effect) represents that party and has full power to act, make decisions, and give the required authorizations with respect to the execution of this Agreement.
Parties’ Representatives. The Town assigns Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Director of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Events, as the Town Representative for this Agreement. The Town Representative will monitor Adventure Fit’s progress and performance under this Agreement and shall be available to Adventure Fit to respond to questions, assist in understanding Town policies, procedures, and practices, and supervise the performance of any Town obligations under this Agreement. Adventure Fit’s representative for this Agreement is .
Parties’ Representatives. The parties may exercise any of their rights or perform any of their obligations in accordance with this Agreement through their representatives appointed in accordance with this Agreement.
