Senior Manager definition

Senior Manager means each of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and/or any other Persons designated by the Board as Senior Managers (collectively, the "Senior Managers").
Senior Manager means, with respect to any Person, the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, the president, the general manager, any vice president or any other member of management reporting directly to the board of directors or chief executive officer of such Person.

More Definitions of Senior Manager

Senior Manager means an executive director appointed in terms of section 56 of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 or an acting executive director appointed by the Accounting Officer.
