County Representative. COUNTY hereby appoints Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, or her designee, as the COUNTY Representative to assist in the administration of this Agreement and the Funding provided by this Agreement. Said Representative shall ensure performance of this Agreement by RECIPIENT and assist RECIPIENT in obtaining information and access to COUNTY or other government offices, if necessary, for RECIPIENT’S performance of this Agreement. Additionally, said Representative shall monitor and evaluate the performance of this Agreement by RECIPIENT, but shall not assume any supervisory or management role over RECIPIENT or any of RECIPIENT’S officers, agents or employees, or in the RECIPIENT’S expenditure of funds provided by this Agreement, other than to enforce COUNTY’S rights and responsibilities under this Agreement.
County Representative. The BOCC shall be represented by Xxx Xxxxxx (the “County Representative”), who is designated and authorize to the budget, performance, payment, and successful completion of this Contract. All invoices and notices related to this Contract shall be sent to the County Representative at the following address: 0000 X.X. 000X, Xxxxx, XX 00000.
County Representative. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, P.E., Xxxxxx County Engineer.
County Representative. County hereby designates the County Engineer as its initial authorized representative, except with regard to such matters that require approva l of Fort Bend Commissioners Court. County reserves the right to designate additiona l replacement representatives by written notice to Project Manager. All requests for consent approvals required of County in connection with the Project shall be submitted to the County Engineer. The specific road(s) project from 2020 Fort Bend County Mobility Bond Project, which specific road(s) projects may be changed by the County Commissione rs Court, are listed on Exhibit A.
County Representative. Also known as the Owner’s representative who is the County Engineer or person designated by the County to review, approve and make decisions regarding the scope of work.
County Representative. The County Public Works Director or a designee has authority to designate the work to be done by Contractor, to inspect such work, and to resolve questions which arise between the parties. The Contractor or the Contractor’s designee will deal with the County's representative on matters relating to the performance of the work. The County shall have the authority to stop the work whenever it deems such action necessary to secure the safe and proper performance of the work assignment.
County Representative. 11.1. The Work or Services shall be provided by the Consultant under the direction of the authorized County Representative, except as limited by the County’s Purchasing and Contracts Procedures (see xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx), who shall have decision authority subject to the requirements of the County’s Purchasing Procedures Manual for all phases of the Work, including general direction, review and approval of the Work or Services.
County Representative. The County shall designate individual(s) to act as liaison to the Municipality and notify the Municipality thereof. The County shall promptly notify the Municipality of any changes.
County Representative. The County hereby designates the County Administrator its representative and agent for the purposes of providing the Services. All requests for equipment purchases, repairs and other expenditures or instructions shall be directed to the County representative.
County Representative. County delegates to County Representative the authority to administer this Master Contract and to exercise County rights, remedies, and options under this Master Contract except with respect to extending the term or the Contract; suspending or terminating the agreement; approving or disapproving Transfer of this Master Contract; or exercising any delegation of authority contrary to law. County Representative means the Public Works Director, or designee, and someone else named in County’s Notice to Contractor.
