Design and Construction Services. The City in consultation with BSD and Club will solicit services for the design and construction of the Venue. Such services will incorporate common practices associated with projects of this magnitude while considering all options associated with such services. The City intends to consider all options available regarding design and construction of the facility and determine the approach that will best fit the budget and timeline of the Venue project in accordance with Applicable Laws, including procurement laws applicable to City.

The engagement of the architect, engineer, contractor and other design and construction professionals by Licensee for the Project after the execution of this Rider is subject to Licensor's approval.
