Union Activity on Premises and/or Access to Premises When requested, the Hospital agrees to provide, to the Union, facilities for employees to meet outside their hours of work with Union representatives to discuss issues of concern to them. This request is to be submitted through the Human Resources department on an as required basis and is subject to availability of facilities.

Union Activity on Premises. The Union agrees that there will be no Union Activity or meeting on Company premises except as set forth by this Agreement.
Union Activity on Premises. The Union acknowledges that the stewards and the members of the negotiating and grievance Committees will continue to perform their regular duties on behalf of the Hospital and that such persons will not leave their duties without first obtaining permission from the Head of the Department in which they are working and on completion of such duties shall report back to that official. The Hospital will endeavour to provide a proper secure office for the use of the Union.

Union Activity on Premises. ‌‌ It is agreed that the Union and the employees will not engage in Union activities (solicit for membership, collect dues or conduct other union activities) during working hours or hold meetings at any time on the premises of the library (except as provided elsewhere), without the permission of the Chief Executive Officer or designate.

The shall meet once each month on a date agreed to by mutual consent.
