Union Activity on Premises and/or Access to Premises When requested, the Hospital agrees to provide, to the Union, facilities for employees to meet outside their hours of work with Union representatives to discuss issues of concern to them. This request is to be submitted through the Human Resources department on an as required basis and is subject to availability of facilities.
Union Activity on Premises. The Union agrees that there will be no Union Activity or meeting on Company premises except as set forth by this Agreement.
Union Activity on Premises. The Union acknowledges that the stewards and the members of the negotiating and grievance Committees will continue to perform their regular duties on behalf of the Hospital and that such persons will not leave their duties without first obtaining permission from the Head of the Department in which they are working and on completion of such duties shall report back to that official. The Hospital will endeavour to provide a proper secure office for the use of the Union.
Union Activity on Premises. The Union agrees that membership solicitation and other Union activity will not take place during working hours or on the premises, as noted in article 2.01, of the Employer except as provided for in this Agreement or with the express written permission of the Executive Director.
Union Activity on Premises. The Union agrees that neither it, nor its officers, agents, representatives and members will engage in Union activity on the Employer’s premises during the Employer’s time without the prior approval of the Employer, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement; which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Union Activity on Premises. The Union agrees that there will be no union activity on the premises of the Company during the employees’ working hours except by the express written authorization by the Company, which authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Union Activity on Premises. The Union agrees that, except as specifically provided for by the express provisions of this Agreement, there will be no Union activity on the premises of the Employer during the employees’ working hours, except by agreement with the Employer. This provision shall not apply to informal discussions during lunch periods or rest periods.
Union Activity on Premises. It is agreed that the Union and the employees will not engage in Union activities (solicit for membership, collect dues or conduct other union activities) during working hours or hold meetings at any time on the premises of the library (except as provided elsewhere), without the permission of the Chief Executive Officer or designate.
Union Activity on Premises. There shall be no Union activity on Company time or premises except that specifically set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, or by mutual agreement, given in written form, by the Management of Operations and the Union representative.

In accordance with Article up to three (3) members from the Union and up to three (3) members from the Hospital may constitute the committee. One of the representatives of the Hospital shall be the President and Chief Executive Officer or delegate who shall act as Chairperson. The shall meet once each month on a date agreed to by mutual consent.
