Uninterruptible Power Supply. The Facility shall include one primary UPS system for the major plant control system. The UPS system shall be supplied with 30% spare capacity above calculated requirements. The output rating of the UPS system(s) shall be 120 V, single‑phase, 0.8 lagging PF to 1.0 PF, at 40°C ambient. UPS will be a true AC-DC-AC conversion type consisting of an inverter, with an alternate DC source supplied from the station service batteries, a rectifier and a static transfer switch. The static transfer switch will be connected to a second inverter as the alternate supply. Output of the UPS and the second inverter will connect to a manual maintenance bypass switch to the instrument AC panelboard.

Uninterruptible Power Supply. An online uninterruptible power supply (UPS) shall be required and it shall have adequate capacity to ensure that the protection, measurement and control operate without interruption for a minimum duration of at least 3 hours after loss of power supply. Facility Owner shall submit the calculations in the determination of the sizing of the UPS. In the event of loss of the secured auxiliary supply, all the Facility Owner’s 22 kV Circuit Breakers shall be tripped until remedial actions are taken. The UPS system shall be installed on the Facility Owner side of the Interconnection Boundary and be maintained accordingly by Facility Owner. The UPS shall be equipped with a bypass switch/system that shall allow continuous operation during maintenance on the UPS. A separate UPS, than the one stated in the previous paragraph, shall be installed for all equipment used for the transmission of signals and commands (PLC, modem, router, etc.) between the Facilty and the CEB’s Substation. All associated requirements mentioned in the previous paragraph of this section shall be applicable to this separate UPS.
Uninterruptible Power Supply. Customer shall provide a form of uninterruptible power for the fiber termination hardware and any Hunter facilities or equipment at the Customers location. If the Customer does not provide a uninterruptible power source, Hunter will provide one for the price listed below. APC Uninterruptible Power Supply: $200.00 (one needed for each location)

Uninterruptible Power Supply. EDS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by a failure of the uninterruptible power supply existing at the Golden Data Center as of the Commencement Date, provided that EDS has taken reasonable steps to maintain such uninterruptible power supply. Coors acknowledges that EDS does not have an obligation to upgrade such uninterruptible power supply.

Uninterruptible Power Supply. The UPS shall be used to operate control system components including, PC's, and operator interfaces. The UPS shall have sufficient capacity, including 20% reserve capacity, to supply the control system and all other connected loads under worst case operating conditions, and for up to one hour without an AC power source, or to safety shut down the plant, whichever is the longer. An external manual bypass shall be provided to enable the UPS to be removed for repair.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Escrow Agent may consult legal counsel selected by it in the event of any dispute or question as to the construction of any of the provisions hereof or of any other agreement or of its duties hereunder, or relating to any dispute involving any party hereto, and shall incur no liability and shall be fully indemnified from any reasonable liability whatsoever in acting in accordance with the opinion or instruction of such counsel. Issuer shall promptly pay, upon demand, the reasonable fees and expenses of any such counsel.

  • Delivery Pressure Xxxxxx agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery". Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".
