Supply Agreements definition

Supply Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

Supply Agreements means, collectively, those certain agreements between GPM or the MLP and each of the Primary Suppliers relating to the supply arrangement between the parties, together with any additional supply agreements entered into before or following the Closing Date, and each other agreement, document and instrument executed in connection therewith.

Supply Agreements means any sales, distribution or similar agreement providing for the sale by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries of materials, supplies, goods, services, equipment or other assets.

Examples of Supply Agreements in a sentence

• ESCo shall, by 30 April each year during the Term, provide the Developer with a forecast (the "Performance Forecast") of the following matters for the next financial year, being 1 May until the following 30 April:- the expected number of Customers which will be subject to Residential Heat Supply Agreements and Commercial Heat Supply Agreements; and the expected Heat Supply demand for the following year split between Residential Customers and Commercial Customers.

• For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Schedule 9 shall restrict the Developer's right to publicise or make any announcement about the Development provided that no reference is made to this Agreement, the Project Agreements (other than the Customer Supply Agreements) or the subject matter of any of those agreements, or to the involvement of ESCo, otherwise than in accordance with this Schedule 9.

• The Developer shall not assign, novate, transfer or dispose of any of its rights and/or obligations under this Agreement or any of the Leases or Customer Supply Agreements without ESCo’s consent, unless such assignment, novation, transfer or disposal is to an entity to which the Connection and Adoption Agreement is assigned, novated or transferred to.

• This Framework Agreement sets out the terms on which: ESCo shall provide a Heat Supply to Customers on the Development pursuant to agreed form Customer Supply Agreements and to certain standards; and the Developer shall provide ESCo with exclusivity in relation to the Heat Supply to occupants of the Development and shall facilitate ESCo’s delivery of the Heat Supply.

• The Developer hereby grants ESCo the right, on an exclusive basis in relation to the Development, to provide the Heat Supply and enter into the Customer Supply Agreements with Customers for the provision of the Heat Supply subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Supply Agreements

Supply Agreements means the Clinical Supply Agreement and the Commercial Supply Agreement.

Supply Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

Supply Agreements means (i) the Microfibrillar Collagen Supply Agreement by and between an Integra Entity and a SeaSpine Entity, (ii) the Collagen Ceramic Supply Agreement by and between an Integra Entity and a SeaSpine Entity and (iii) the Demineralized Bone Matrix and Collagen Ceramic Products Supply Agreement by and between an Integra Entity and a SeaSpine Entity, which agreements shall be entered into prior to or on the Distribution Date, as may be amended from time to time.

Supply Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.16.

Supply Agreements means the Supply Agreements, between one or more members of the Vishay Group, on the one hand, and one or more members of the VPG Group, on the other hand, listed on Exhibit J, substantially in the form attached to such Exhibit J. From and after the Distribution Date, the Supply Agreement shall refer to the supply agreement substantially in the form attached to Exhibit J, as amended and/or modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Supply Agreements means the agreements between Sellers, or their designated Affiliate, and Acquisition Sub to be executed within sixty (60) days following the Closing in forms mutually acceptable to Sellers and Purchasers and to include the terms and conditions specified in Exhibit B.

Supply Agreements means the Supply Agreement – Intel and the Supply Agreement – Micron.
