Third Party Contractors definition

Third Party Contractors means contractors, suppliers, service providers, utility owners or any other third party (excluding the Consultant and any Subconsultants and Consultant Personnel) performing work and/or providing products and services in, or in respect of, the rail corridors, where such work, products or services (a) are on behalf and for the benefit of Metrolinx or (b) are being undertaken to enable work, products or services on behalf of and for the benefit of Metrolinx.
Third Party Contractors means both XL Third Party Contractors and Non-XL Third Party Contractors.
Third Party Contractors means any person or entity that is not a Party to this Agreement that may be engaged or employed by Licensee for the limited purpose of assisting Licensee in the Evaluation (during the Evaluation License Term) of Biological Materials, and/or in the research, development, and manufacture of the Licensed Product for Licensee’s benefit (during the Commercial Use License Term); such engagement and/or employment is outline in the Section 2.2 and is further subject the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Provided that Service Provider complies with such obligation in a timely manner, the Company agrees to delay commencing proceedings against Service Provider to enforce payment in respect of any claim, which it may have under this Agreement until such time as and to the extent that Service Provider has obtained recovery against any third party (including but not limited to Third Party Contractors and insurers) in respect of such losses.

  • If Participant grants any such sublicense to its Affiliates and/or Third Party Contractors, Participant shall be deemed to have guaranteed that such Affiliate or Third Party Contractor will fulfill all of Participant’s obligations under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Third Party Contractors

Third Party Contractors means both SCA Third Party Contractors and Non-SCA Third Party Contractors.
Third Party Contractors means any person (not being, for the avoidance of doubt, Project Co or any Project Co Party or Additional Contractors) that carries out any Third Party Works.

Third Party Contractors means, in respect of any Services, or part thereof, WeBill’s contractors, suppliers, vendors, value added resellers or licensors (as the case may be) who are not party to these Terms.
Third Party Contractors a contractor engaged by Licensee conducting services solely for Licensee's benefit and which is bound with Licensee by a contractual relationship whose terms are consistent with and as stringent as the terms of this LULL.

Third Party Contractors means (a) Third Parties that provide services on a fee-for-service basis, such as contract research organizations, contract manufacturers, and the like, and (b) Third Party academic collaborators, in each case, so long as (x) any agreement between Alector and such Third Party service provider or Third Party academic collaborator is terminable at will upon reasonable notice by Alector and (y) Alector does not grant such Third Party service provider or Third Party academic collaborator any rights inconsistent with Alector’s rights to research develop, manufacture, commercialize, or patent (or an option to obtain such rights) with respect to any Program-Benefited Antibodies, and (z) such Third Party service provider or Third Party academic collaborator is bound to the same confidentiality and non-use obligations as Alector is bound to under this Agreement.
