Delivery Points. Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.
Delivery Points. The measurement of and tests for quality of Shipper's Gas redelivered at the Delivery Points shall be governed by and determined in accordance with the requirements of the receiving pipeline at each Delivery Point.

Delivery Points. (A) VMSC shall deliver Product(s) to Distributor at the terminal facilities (the “Delivery Point(s)”) designated by VMSC as described below. Product deliveries at the Delivery Point(s) shall be subject to such requirements of VMSC as may be amended from time to time in VMSC’s sole and absolute discretion prior to access to any such Delivery Point by Distributor or its carriers. Furthermore, where any Delivery Point is owned, leased, operated, or otherwise controlled in whole or in part by a third party, then Distributor, its employees, agents, representatives, contractors, and carriers shall comply with all access, use, and other requirements of any such third party relating to that Delivery Point.
Delivery Points. The delivery points are the interconnection points identified in Section 2.0 as the Network Load.
Delivery Points. All electric energy delivered under the 1992 Agreement shall be of the character commonly known as three-phase sixty Hertz energy, and shall be delivered at the Interconnection Points specified under Section 1.01 hereof, at a nominal voltage of 138,000 volts at the Five Points and Centerton Interconnection Points, at the 138KV Petersburg Interconnection Point, and at the Carmel Tap Point; and at a nominal voltage of 345,000 volts at the Whitestown and Gwynneville Interconnection Points, and at the 345KV Petersburg Interconnection Point; and at such other points and voltages as hereafter may be agreed upon by the parties pursuant to Section 1.02 hereof.
Delivery Points. The delivery points are the interconnection points of Westar Energy identified in Section 2.0 as the Network Load.
Delivery Points. The Delivery Point will be (i) for each Distributed Resource composing the Project that is located behind a Customer’s retail meter, the load meter(s) for such Distributed Resource, and (ii) for each Distributed Resource composing the Project that is not located behind a Customer’s retail meter, the point of interconnection for such Distributed Resource to the CAISO Grid, and in each case (i) and (ii), as depicted in Appendix III. Seller shall be solely responsible for any costs or charges imposed on or associated with Distribution Services up to and at the Delivery Point(s). Buyer shall be responsible for any costs or charges imposed on or associated with Distribution Services after the Delivery Point(s).
Delivery Points. The Delivery Points for gas to be delivered by Seller to Buyer for existing sources of production will be at the inlets of Buyer’s Facilities at a mutually agreeable site at or near Seller’s Xxxxx. Section B of Exhibit A covers the Delivery Points for future sources of production committed under this Contract. Title to the gas and all its components shall pass to and vest in Buyer at the Delivery Points without regard to the purposes for which Buyer may later use or sell the gas or its components.
Delivery Points. The initial Delivery Points are described in Exhibit 9.7. Exhibit 9.7 will be amended from time to time to include new Delivery Points.
