Unacceptable Content. 6.1 The COMPANY reserves the right to provide its own linguistic evaluation of the compliance of any phrases and words with these Game Rules. In the case of multiple meanings of exact phrases or words, and to avoid controversial situations, it is necessary to send a preliminary request to the COMPANY through Company’s support to receive an official response as to the appropriateness of their use.
6.2 The User is forbidden from spreading rumours, slandering, or defamatory information regarding the COMPANY, other Users, the COMPANY’s affiliates, and the Game in general.
6.3 The User is forbidden from using any words and symbols that are profane, offensive, provoking, promotional, or not applicable to the Game in any form within the names or descriptions of characters, In-Game Assets, guilds, and any other communities and organisations of gamers.
6.4 The User is forbidden from using profane or offensive words within the game process, common channels, and services of communication, informing several Users simultaneously, forbidden from threatening violence or physical altercation, promoting drugs, pornographic materials, or third-party resources that contain such materials that are publicly available, and forbidden from spreading propaganda of racial, national, religious, cultural, ideological, gender, language, or political intolerance within all channels and types of messages, with no exceptions, as well as from encouraging such actions and expressions from other Users.
6.5 The User is forbidden from forming a part of, participating in, establishing, or otherwise supporting any community and organizations of gamers, whose ideology implies rejection of religious, national, or gender status (or has a similar ideology of such trends), or refers to a nationalist, racial, or misogynistic philosophy.
6.6 The User is forbidden from publishing information (links, tags, microblogs, descriptions of methods, etc.) or uploading files containing malware (viruses, Trojans, etc.), corrupted, or modified files or data, or other similar software causing damages to the Game, and from disrupting operation of other computers, and the means of communication or integrity of other Users’ Accounts.
6.7 The User is forbidden from sending spam (informational links and announcements not related to the game process), “floods” (multiple repeat, reproductions, copying, etc. of information) in any form of the Game’s informational services (In-Game Chat, private messages, in-game letters, ...
Unacceptable Content. You are responsible for the content you create. If you share unacceptable content, I may take action such as deleting that content or disabling or deleting your account. In particular, sharing the following content is prohibited: • insults or false statements of fact about third parties • illegal, threatening, harassing, violence-glorifying, discriminatory, or racist content • pictures of other persons without the consent of the person or (in the case of children) the parents • content that violates the privacy rights of others • content to which you do not have usage rights
Unacceptable Content. GiveGab will use common sense and business sense regarding Content or behavior allowed on or through the GiveGab Service. Unacceptable Content or behavior include: o Abuse, harassment, threats, flaming or intimidation of any person or organization. o Engaging in or contributing to any illegal activity or activity that violates others' rights. o Use of derogatory, discriminatory or excessively graphic language. o Providing information that is false, misleading or inaccurate. o Hacking or modifying the GiveGab Service or another Web site to falsely imply an association with GiveGab. o Implying or pretending to be affiliated with a company or organization with which you are not affiliated, or misrepresenting the extent of your affiliation or role with an affiliated company or organization. o Transmitting worms, viruses or harmful software. o Sending unwanted messages to other users (aka "spam"). o Disclosing personal or proprietary information of another person or organization.
Unacceptable Content. You may not use the Site to upload, transmit or link to Content or other material that we believe, in our sole discretion:
i. is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, encourages conduct that would violate or violates any law, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;
ii. comprises material that is copyrighted or protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third-party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless express written permission of the owner is obtained to use the material and to grant all of the license rights granted herein;
iii. is commercial, business-related or advertises or offers to sell any products, services or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or solicits others (including solicitations for contributions or donations);
iv. violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others;
v. contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, trojan horses or other forms of corruptive code, or any other content which may compromise the Site;
vi. advocates illegal activity; or
vii. ▇▇▇▇▇ anyone, including minors.
Unacceptable Content. Failure to follow the proposal preparation instructions may cause the proposal to be deemed unacceptable by the Government.
Unacceptable Content. If the Publisher, in its sole discretion, reasonably deems the Manuscript, and/or any other materials delivered by the Author to be unacceptable in form or substance (foul language, graphic sex, graphic violence, or anything that goes against our Statement of Faith on Page 8), then the Publisher shall promptly advise the Author, and the Author shall cure any defects and generally revise and correct the Manuscript and/or other materials to the reasonable satisfaction of the Publisher, and deliver fully revised and corrected Manuscript and/or other materials promptly after receipt of the Publisher’s notice. Publisher shall have the exclusive right to edit or modify the Work at Publisher’s discretion to correct this content prior to the publication and/or release of the Work.
Unacceptable Content. The Publisher Websites, including all information, text, images, photographs, graphics, e-mail addresses, web pages, comments and reviews, discussion board postings and other materials contained in or linked to the Publisher Websites, may not contain, publish, link to, sell or otherwise distribute any “Unacceptable Content.” Unacceptable Content is defined as content that:
a. Is lewd, obscene, or indecent, including any content that is violent or pornographic or that contains nudity, explicit violent or sexual material, or depictions of violent or sexual acts;
b. Is harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable, including content used to harass, stalk or threaten a person;
c. Is unlawful or that could facilitate the violation of any applicable law, regulation or governmental policy including without limitation gaming or gambling laws or criminal laws;
d. Offers or disseminates any fraudulent goods, services, schemes or promotions, including any make-money-fast schemes, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
e. Is libelous, defamatory, knowingly false or misrepresents another person;
f. Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including the copyrights, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets or patents of such third party;
g. Is harmful to Score’s or any other party’s systems and networks, including any transmissions which may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, data or personal information, including without any limitation any ‘virus’ or other destructive programming or device that could impair or injure any data, computer system or software;
h. Violates any obligation of confidentiality;
i. Violates the privacy, publicity, moral or any other right of any third party; and
j. Consists of any other content that Score in its sole discretion deems to be Unacceptable Content. If Publisher permits user comments and trackbacks on the Publisher Websites, Publisher shall regularly monitor these comments and remove any that include and/or link to Unacceptable Content.
Unacceptable Content. The Publisher will not accept:
1. Advertisements or sponsorship marks/insignias which contain any of the following characteristics, or which are pro- duced by advertisers or sponsors who can be described in any of the following manners:
a) Religious;
b) Discriminatory;
c) Obscene, graphic or indecent;
d) Sexually-suggestive; or
Unacceptable Content. Please be aware all e-mail and voicemail messages of any nature may be monitored or reviewed by Company management without advance or further notice. Under no circumstances may any posting (i.e. placement of information on a Company communication tool), voicemail, e-mail or fax, either originating and uploaded at the Company, or originating elsewhere and accessed, forwarded or downloaded by you, be defamatory, obscene or in violation of the letter or the spirit of the Company’s Equal Employment Opportunity Policy.
Unacceptable Content. (a) You must not upload or store any Unacceptable Content into the Life Nav Application or Life Nav Infrastructure.
(b) If We reasonably believe that any Unacceptable Content has been uploaded into the Life Nav Application or is being stored on the Life Nav Infrastructure, We may request You either to remove the Unacceptable Content or disable access to the Unacceptable Content and You must immediately comply with such request.
(c) We have the right (but not the obligation) to remove Unacceptable Content from the Life Nav Application or Life Nav Infrastructure or disable access to Unacceptable Content where You have not complied with a request made by Us under clause 11(b).
(d) Nothing in this agreement imposes obligations on Us to monitor the Life Nav Application for Unacceptable Content or otherwise monitor or screen Data for Unacceptable Content.
