Acceptable Uses a. An Authorized Licensee User runs and uses the Model through the AnyLogic Software (i.e. on a computer where the AnyLogic Software is installed) manually, not via any kind of remote interface. This is an acceptable use regardless whether the Model was developed using the same installation of the AnyLogic Software or not, by the same Authorized Licensee User or not, or by the same Licensee or not. In this case, the Authorized Licensee User is also the End User.

Acceptable Uses. Educational Purposes Only. TPS is providing access to its computer networks and the Internet for educational purposes only. If you have any doubt about whether a contemplated activity is educational, you may consult with the person(s) designated bythe District such as your teacher or administrator to help you determine if the use is appropriate. The user in whose name an online service account is issued is responsible for its proper use at all times. Users shall keep personal account numbers andpasswords private. They shall use this system only under the account issued by the District. Students should note that all electronic communications are not guaranteed to be private. TPS has the ability to view all electronic communications sent or received through the network. Messages relating to or in support of illegal activities will be reported to the authorities. Network and Internet access is provided as a tool for your education. TPS reserves the right to monitor, inspect, copy, review and store at any time and without prior notice any and all usage of the computer network and Internet access and any and allinformation transmitted or received in connection with such usage. All such information files shall be and remain the property of the District and no user shall have any expectation of privacy regarding such materials.

Acceptable Uses. BUHSD students may use the various technology resources provided by BUHSD for the sole purpose of pursuing personal educational objectives consistent with the educational goals and objectives of BUHSD. All BUHSD students using technological resources at BUHSD are required to follow generally accepted appropriate uses. These include, but are not limited to, the following:  Using appropriate, respectful language.  Using these resources so as not to disrupt service to other authorized users.  Keeping personal information, including password, confidential. Any misuse of network access is the student's responsibility.  Informing the teacher, technology department, or an administrator if inappropriate information, including obscene or pornographic material, is mistakenly accessed. Also, promptly reporting any breaches of security or filter tampering.  Abiding by all copyright and trademark laws and regulations.  Being responsible for the appropriate storage and backup of personal data. Improper use of the BUHSD network is prohibited.
