Affiliated Company definition

Affiliated Company means any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.

Affiliated Company means a company which is an affiliated person, as defined in the 1940 Act.

Affiliated Company means an entity that is control- ling, controlled by or under common control of one of any Party. Control means the direct or indirect owner- ship of fifty per-cent (50%) or more of the equity interest in an entity, or the ability to control the decisions of such entity through the exercise of voting rights.
