Usage Rights definition

Usage Rights means the rights of CUSTOMER to use the Licensed Technology as described in clause 5 hereof;
Usage Rights means the licence to use or right to access (as applicable) the Product, Content and/or Documentation as set out in the applicable Product Terms.
