By calling the 24 hour helpline, Worldwide Assistance will be able to provide an employee and his insured dependants with the following emergency assistance services during the first 60 days of travel:

Travel Assistance Services. Upon enrollment, You are eligible to use any of the assistance services provided by Seven Corners Assist. These services are available twenty-four (24) hours per day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year. Multilingual personnel, physicians, and nurses are on staff and can assist with, among other things, emergency situations and locating medical facilities.
Travel Assistance Services. Pre-Travel Information: Upon YOUR request, WE will provide you with destination intelligence regarding weather, travel, health, inoculations, travel restrictions and special events. Lost Luggage Assistance: The ASSISTANCE COMPANY shall assist a MEMBER with the tracking of luggage lost in transit. Security Evacuation Services: In the event of a threatening situation, the ASSISTANCE COMPANY will assist YOU in making evacuation arrangements, including flight arrangements, securing visas, and logistical arrangements such as ground transportation and housing. In more complex situations, WE will assist YOU in making arrangements with providers of specialized security services. Please note the ASSISTANCE COMPANY is not responsible for any fees incurred under the Security Evacuation Service. Any fees incurred under this benefit will be billed to the MEMBER’s credit card at the time of service. THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS ARE COVERED: WHILE YOU ARE AWAY: (benefits apply when TRAVELING AWAY FROM HOME. Expenses incurred without the intervention of the ASSISTANCE COMPANY are not covered.)
Travel Assistance Services. The services below are covered services up to a combined single limit of $250,000 ($100,000 for the Short-Term Plan). Claim reimbursements are not provided under the Emergency Medical Travel Assistance Services. All Services must be arranged and provided by Global Emergency Travel Services; otherwise, the MEMBER costs are the MEMBER’s sole responsibility.

Travel Assistance Services. GENERAL CONDITIONS (Applicable to the whole Policy and to be observed by the Policyholder, Insured and all persons insured under the Policy) The Policy, the Schedule and any amendments thereto shall be read together as one contract and any word or expression to which a specific meaning has been attached in any part of the Policy or the Schedule shall bear such specific meaning wherever it may appear.
Travel Assistance Services. Subject to the conditions described herein, the following services (herein called “Services”) are available for the policyholder or the participating organization, where indicated, and to the Insureds described in the policy. Not all Services described herein are provided to all Insureds.

Your Plan Number: 602B-0617 MEDICAL SERVICES Medical Assistance – Our multi-lingual professionals are available 24 hours a day to provide help, advice and referrals for medical emergencies. We will help you locate local physicians, dentists, or medical facilities. Medical Consultation and Monitoring – If you are hospitalized, we will contact you and your treating physician to monitor your condition to assure you are receiving appropriate care and assess the need for further assistance. We will also contact your personal physician and family at home when necessary or requested to keep them informed of your situation. Medical Evacuation – When medically necessary, we will arrange and pay for appropriate transportation, including an escort, if required, to the nearest suitable hospital. Payment for Medical Evacuation is available only for covered expenses and up to the amount of coverage provided in the Agreement. All medical transportation services must be authorized and arranged by Redpoint Resolutions. In the event of an unauthorized Medical Evacuation, reimbursement may be limited or coverage may be invalidated. Emergency Medical Payments – We will assist you in the advancement of funds or guarantee payments to a hospital or other medical provider, if required, to secure your admission, treatment or discharge. Prescription Assistance – We will assist you with replacing medications that are lost, stolen or spoiled during your Covered Trip, either locally or by special courier. Dependent Transportation & Family Visits – When a minor (age 18 or younger) is left unattended on a Covered Trip due to hospitalization or death of the accompanying adult, we will arrange for his or her return home, including escort expenses. If you are traveling alone and hospitalized 7 days or more, we will arrange transportation for a person you choose to visit you. Repatriation of RemainsIn the event of death while on a Covered Trip, we will arrange for the preparation and transportation required to return your remains to your home.
