Your covered definition

Your covered auto” means any of the following types of vehicles on the date you become the owner:
Your covered autos” involved in the accident.
Your covered golf cart” while rented, leased or loaned for a charge, or made available as part of a property rental to any organization or any person other than you.

  • You have purchased a dental insurance Contract from Us. We will provide the benefits described in this Contract to You and/or Your covered Dependents.

  • If We replace Your covered product, the original product will become Our property.

  • REPLACEMENT OPTION: At Our option, We may replace Your covered product with a new or refurbished product of like kind and quality if We are unable to repair Your product, or where the cost for repair may exceed the current retail replacement value of Your covered product.

  • PROVIDER When You first obtain this coverage You and each of Your covered Dependents must select a Primary Care Provider.

  • We are not liable for any claim or demand on account of damages arising out of, or in any manner connected with, any injuries alleged to be suffered by You, Your covered Spouse or Children while receiving care from any Participating Provider or in any Participating Provider's facility.

  • When You first obtain this coverage You and each of Your covered Dependents must select a Primary Care Provider.

  • If Your covered Service Agreement originally included Carry-In, Depot or Mail-In service but has been built-in and rendered as a permanent fixture inside or outside of Your residence and You are unable to transport or ship the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement, You will be responsible for the On-Site service call charge.

  • In addition, Your Plan Membership and that of Your covered Dependents, may be terminated.


More Definitions of Your covered

Your covered auto” is used regularly and frequently for commercial purposes by: (1) “You”; (2) Any other driver who lives with “you” and who customarily uses “your covered auto”; or (3) Any other driver who regularly and frequently uses “your covered auto”.
