The Security Evacuation Services clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for providing assistance to individuals who may need to be evacuated from a location due to security threats or emergencies. Security Evacuation Services. To the extent practicable and permitted bylaw, and subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions of this Section 2.1.1, Company will provide and arrange for rescue, air and/or surface transport to the Traveling Member’s Home Country in the event the Traveling Member is experiencing a Qualifying Security Event and requests transport. Security Evacuation Services must be requested within 5 days of the announcement or commencement of the Qualifying Security Event. In dangerous regions or situations, Company personnel shall have sole discretion whether or not to provide Security Evacuation Services andCompany at all times reserves the right to determine the manner in which Security Evacuation Services are ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TO REIMBURSE A MEMBER OR PAY ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ANY ASSOCIATED TRANSPORT COSTS WHICH HAVE BEEN ARRANGED BY THE MEMBER OR BY ANY THIRD PARTY. a. Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion (i) whether a Traveling Member is experiencing a Qualifying Security Event sufficiently serious to warrant Security Evacuation Services, and (ii) the mode of transport. b. Company shall not be under any obligation to provide more than one (1) such Security Evacuation Services transport to any Member in any twelve (12) month period. Company shall not be under any obligation to provide Security Evacuation Services to a Traveling Member if, in Company’s sole discretion: (i) the Traveling Member is located in a region that is not reasonably accessible; (ii) the Traveling Member is serving as an armed or unarmed combatant or in a security role during an act of declared or undeclared war, invasion or armed conflict; (iii) the Traveling Member cannot be transported safely;
Security Evacuation Services. In the event of a Qualifying Security Incident affecting a Traveler, subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations in this Agreement, Redpoint will advise, provide, arrange and pay all necessary services for air and/or surface transport to the Traveler’s Country of Residence. Evacuation shall be requested within 7 days of the occurrence of any such Qualifying Security Incident. Redpoint personnel shall have sole discretion whether or not to provide such services and the manner in which they are provided.
Security Evacuation Services. In the event of a Security Emergency affecting a Traveling Member, GR will advise Traveling Member and provide, arrange and pay for all necessary services for the transport of such Traveling Member to the nearest safe area, as determined by GR in its sole discretion (“Security Evacuation Services”). GR reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the mode and timing of such transport. In dangerous regions or situations, GR shall have sole discretion whether or not to provide such Security Evacuation Services and the manner in which they are provided. Traveling Member must request Security Evacuation Services within 5 days of the first occurrence of any such Security Emergency. After such date any Security Evacuation Services shall be provided in GR’s sole discretion, and Traveling Member shall be solely responsible for payment of all costs associated with such Security Evacuation Services and agrees to pay such amounts to GR in advance, or at the time such Services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by GR.

Redpoint shall not be obligated to provide more than one (1) transport to any single Traveler in any twelve (12) month period. Redpoint shall not be under any obligation to provide transport services or incur any expenses to or from a Traveler if, in Redpoint’ sole discretion:
