Town Site. Xxxx Resources shall be responsible at its sole expense for implementing and funding all Remedial Actions with respect to the Town Site that comprises Ecology’s Operable Unit No. 3. The Remedial Actions shall be considered complete when Xxxx Resources obtains a no-further-action determination or equivalent administrative closure from Ecology under MTCA and other applicable state laws or, in the event it asserts jurisdiction, from the EPA under applicable federal laws, subject to post-cleanup monitoring and agency “reopeners” if any.

Town Site. Items include the town site and related facilities including power generation, water supply, sewage, airports, roads etc. It is assumed 50% of the remaining townsite infrastructure will be demolished and the sites rehabilitated subject to negotiation with the community and regulators. The airport will be handed over to the Government. One pump and associated equipment will be left to provide water supply from Londolovit wxxx. The sewage treatment plant at the townsite will be maintained and handed over in operating condition. All roads will be repaired to design standards and handed over as-is to the community. The 6 MW power supply to Londolovit will be maintained and relinquished in operating condition. Miscellaneous quarries around the site will be regraded as required and seeded for growth as needed, although many minor quarries are showing unaided regrowth.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

  • Project Location [Insert the location of the Project, if applicable]

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • BUYER’S PROPERTY Seller shall clearly mark, maintain an inventory of, and keep segregated or identifiable all of Buyer's property and all property to which Xxxxx acquires an interest by virtue of this Contract. Seller assumes all risk of loss, destruction or damage of such property while in Seller's possession, custody or control, including any transfer to Seller’s subcontractors. Upon request, Seller shall provide Buyer with adequate proof of insurance against such risk of loss. Seller shall not use such property other than in performance of this Contract without Xxxxx's prior written consent. Seller shall notify Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative if Xxxxx's property is lost, damaged or destroyed. As directed by Xxxxx, upon completion, termination or cancellation of this Contract, Seller shall deliver such property, to the extent not incorporated in delivered Goods, to Buyer in good condition subject to ordinary wear and tear and normal manufacturing losses. Nothing in this Article limits Seller's use, in its direct contracts with the Government, of property in which the Government has an interest
